The project
Designed, built and implemented sales and servicing dashboard to empower Rolls-Royce car dealerships to smarter target customers (subject to NDA). Dashboard provided both high level overview and buying trends to drive marketing innovation, alongside personalised single customer views to improve the relevance, channel and timing of customer contacting.
To support dashboard adoption, we provided promotional materials to increase adoption and conversion workshop materials for dealerships. Below is an example of a personalised digital brochure included in one of the many customer conversion journey's.
