The Project
To create a bold, memorable and appropriate brand for a world-class virtual coaching event. The event inspired and promoted higher business performance through the power of coaching. The conference was designed to have a stand alone identity, whose structure and methodology could be repeated for future events.
Event attendance was grown through an integrated marketing strategy deployed across multiple channels. All event marketing was based on membership persona insights, enabling messaging to be targetted, cohesive and impactful.
The conference identity reflected a clear relationship with the Association of Coaching (AC) who launched the event and provided their membership with a compelling vision to attend. The success of the conference created an uplift in AC membership and a surge in attendance of signature programs.
Each conference session was supported by multiple resources (such as session slides, handouts, and transcripts) to aid understanding and was followed by a live Q&A to get real-time answers and specific feedback from our expert speakers.
The Coaching in the Workplace Conference was attended by over 1000+ delegates from across the world, produced over 30+ coaching sessions across 3 conference tracks and provided 30+ hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
