TradePoint lost over 80% of their customer database following GDPR in May 2018. To support the rebuild of their database we implemented a three tiered loyalty scheme to acquire, engage and retain customers.
This business initiative achieved customer growth, from 30,000 customers to delivering over 120,000 (May 2018). Hyper personalised emails achieved a 50% increase in open rates and a 100% increase in engagement.
