Millennial's rewrite bingo-lingo

THE PROJECT
Mistakenly, some people still think bingo is for old biddies – but Foxy knows better. Inspired by conversations in chatroom's amongst younger bingo players, Foxy were inspired to create millennial bingo calls… and loads of media debate!
At 25-35 years old the Foxy customer is younger than the industry average. Analysis of the Foxy online chatroom's showed players using pop culture references and taking inspiration from their lives to update calls; ‘68, late for my Tinder date’ and ‘38, avocado on a plate’. Inspired by Foxy customers, we designed the official, updated ‘bingo lingo’, asking Foxy players to vote for their favourite new calls and bring modern-day bingo calls to life with an integrated illustration campaign.
The media response was phenomenal with blanket coverage across national papers and a great broadcast pick up, including ITV (ROI 76:1).
First dates can be challenging and stressful. A lively and interesting conversation is a great influence on the success or failure of your first date. And this is where Foxy steps in. We created a bingo card full of conversation hacks, to  prevent those awkward silences and make your date go as smoothly as possible.
